Banqueting Suites

The York Pavilion Hotel has the most unique setting in the area for every type of social occasion from a private dinner party to a formal banquet or wedding reception. The style and atmosphere created here, in a choice of elegant dining rooms, is complemented by the highest standards of service, excellent cuisine and a fine choice of wines. 

Sandys - Richardson Suite

An individual banqueting suite of character which offers a unique and stunning entrance hall. The hallway, reception area and bar are decorated in a ruby red and complemented by the stunning black & white marble floor. The impressive air-conditioned function room, with its elegant rich cream and gold décor, lends itself to accommodate up to 120 guests for a large variety of occasions. 

Courtyard Suite

The oak panelling and rich colour scheme of the Courtyard Suite give rise to excellent dining possibilities, which may include bar facilities upon request. An outside terrace area is also available during the season. Dining room facilities are available for a minimum of 30 guests and maximum 60 guests. 

John Barry Room

Tastefully decorated in traditional style in warm golden yellow. This delightful room carefully blends modern day amenities with period characteristics; shuttered windows, a wooden floor and ornate fireplace. French doors lead onto a landscaped garden and fountain area. This room is ideal for the more exclusive celebration, meeting, private dinner or wedding ceremony. 

Andrew's Drawing Room

A rich and sumptuously designed dark green and gold room has large bay windows and features the original fireplace. The room has beautifully draped curtains, wall to wall carpeting and lends itself to the smaller intimate conference and private dinner for approximately 16 guests.
