The York Pavilion Hotel is a delightful Grade II listed Georgian house, which has been developed by the Owners, Irene and Andrew Cossins into a lovely 62 bedroom hotel with five meeting rooms.  These all benefit from natural daylight, comfortable seating, relaxed refreshment areas and in summer, all have access to our grounds and gardens for coffee and tea breaks and even barbecue lunches!

Our Sandys Richardson Suite for larger events and product launches is ideal for up to 100 delegates, our Courtyard is ideal for up to thirty, and we have two private Dining Rooms perfect for Board Meetings and training events for up to 20 delegates each.

Our events team will help you plan from start to finish to ensure that you conference programme works just the way you want it to. You can meet our Chef to discuss the catering for the day to ensure our menus meet all the dietary requirements for your delegates.

On the day you will be assigned an operations manager to ensure that your conference runs smoothly and to time. We want your delegates to be motivated by your choice of conference venue.

Our day delegate rate is £45 per person (minimum 8 delegates) which includes the following. You will find flexibility in our rate if you are able to choose meeting dates at the beginning or end of the week. Our residential conference rate with all delegates in double rooms for single occupancy will be £145 for 24 hours including a 3 course dinner and coffee.
